Number, element and astrology

The Page of Wands belongs to the suit of Wands (also called Rods, Batons or Staves), the fire suit that deals with energy, passion, creativity, ambition and action. Pages are court cards associated with students, messengers and beginnings. They can describe a person in your life, a role you are playing or an energy you need to adopt.

In the elemental system most modern readers use, Pages are the earth aspect of their suit, so the Page of Wands is earth of fire: enthusiasm taking its first concrete form. Pages are students and messengers, and this one brings news that lights a spark.

What Page of Wands says when it lands in a specific position. These are the interpretations our free readings by question show for this card.

• As their feelings (Does my ex still love me?): They feel a flicker of curiosity about you. This person may be wondering what you are up to, feeling playful nostalgia or a sudden urge to reconnect. Their interest is youthful and spontaneous rather than deeply committed.
• As what they are not showing (Does he like me?): What they are not showing is how much they want to impress you. Behind a casual attitude, this person may be nervous, eager and trying to find the right way to make a move.
• As the outcome in a reconciliation reading (Will he come back?): This leans toward a message or a fresh, playful beginning. Exciting news or a spontaneous contact is favored. Whether it grows into something lasting depends on whether that spark is followed by real commitment.
• As what is coming in love (Will I find love?): Exciting romantic news is coming. A flirty message, a fun date or a spontaneous encounter is favored. Someone with a free spirit and adventurous energy may enter your life and spark your curiosity.
• As the outcome for work (Will I get the job?): The outcome leans toward positive news or a promising start. A job offer, acceptance letter or exciting opportunity is favored. This card suggests learning and growth, with momentum that builds over time.
• As advice (What should I do?): Explore with curiosity. Take a small step toward what excites you, gather information and learn as you go. It is okay not to have all the answers; the adventure itself will teach you.
• Reversed in a love reading (Will we get back together?): Reversed, interest may be fickle or poorly timed. Messages could be impulsive, inconsistent or quickly abandoned. It suggests immaturity, false starts and restlessness. Take any sudden contact lightly until actions show that it is sincere.
