Damgalnuna. Mesopotamian (Sumerian and Babylonian-Akkadian), was a Mother Goddess who first appeared as the consort of Enki. During the progression of the Mesopotamian traditions she became associated with Ea and mother of Marduk. (See Damkina) A.G.H.
