Life everlasting

Life everlasting, or eternal life, is believed to be a gift from God as a result of having faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-10). This is definitely distinguished from the believed endless existence, which all possess, both saved and unsaved; instead, it is considered a priceless treasure. Christ said, "I have come that you may have life, and they might have it abundantly" (John 10:10). Christians believe this is a form of life is not subject to death or derived from human generation, a spiritual life in which there is no separation from God. Thus, separation from God is eternal death, union with God s eternal life. A.G.H.
