Borob is a servant to the infernal lord Beelzebub and is one of several servants whose names are a palindrome. He appears in the Sacred Magic of Abramelin the Mage. Palindromes are words which read the same forward and backward therefore they are considered magickal in magickal tradition and demons possessing such names are also thought to be magickal. It is interesting that in Abramelin material many of Beelzebub's servants possess such names..A.G.H.
