Imitative magic

Imitative magic, a version of sympathetic magic, may be the use of certain ritual procedures to achieve the desired results. These procedures may include using imitations or models of people, or objects, or dressing in ceremonial regalia in order to identify symbolically with the particular person or deity. Imitative magic is either white or black depending on the magician’s intension. White magic includes charms, spells, healing, and pranic healing whereas black magic burning in image a wax or paper model or doll of intended victim, sticking pins into it or similar actions. A.G.H
