Enmesarra, Mesopotamian (Babylonian-Akkadian), is a chthonic god of the law. According to some texts he controls the me’s or divine laws. It was the summerian god of law an order. A sun god and a protector and lawyer divinity. It came from the mesopotamian mythology. It was the ancestor of enlil.
