Kotar
Kotar, Western Semitic (Syrian), was a blacksmith god. He is identified in the Ugaritic (Ras Samra) texts as building a palace for the god Baal and forging his weapons to fight against the sea god Yamm. He also is probably known from Phoenician inscriptions; also Kosar, Chusor. A.G.H.
