Celonitis or Celontes

Celonites is a wonderful stone found in the tortoise, which has the property to resist fire. Its healing properties are two-fold, similar to those of the Asminius. When used for divination
it is supposed to be carried beneath the tongue on the day of the new moon and fifteen days thereafter, during the lunar accession, it will inspire the one that fortunately possesses it to foretell future events each day from sunrise to six o'clock; and in the decrease during the intervening hours.
