Asports
Asports
are the reversed phenomena of apports. They represent objects which disappear from seances
or rooms in which they are held. Usually asports are not isolated incidences
but accompany the apports phenomena.
During a seance held on July 8, 1928 those present felt themselves being
tapped by a parchment drum and two individuals Mme. Rossi and Mme. Marquise
Louisa felt their hands tightly squeezed by two iron mittens. Following
the seance the drum was found in a large salon and the mitten were discovered
laying at the foot of a suit of armor from which they had previously been
detached. A.G.H.
